In February 2010 I was on an extended interview at Fabrica. During the weeklong stay I was asked to find a piece of data and visualize it. At the time Haiti was all over the media. Since I come from an area that is prone to earthquakes as well the data from ReliefWeb on who was donating money to Haiti resonated with me. The project resulted in me receiving an artist residency.
If you run Apple's operating system, you can download and check out the visualization by clicking this. Otherwise, below is a video showing all of the contributions from the list. As you can see from the stills there are thousands of bandages that flock to the country. These represent the various contributors and their size is proportional to how much money was given.

In January of 2010 Haiti was devastated by a massive 7.0 earthquake. Many companies, corporations, and countries came to aid. The Haiti Relief Contribution List visualizes this.
